Placed an order for three members of my family the next day they offered free delivery called they said too late order processing. This was for Christmas place my order the beginning of December. Orders were delivered two weeks before Christmas. They double the price for Holidays. What a ripoff. Delivery way too early.

I ordered a gift basket from Wolfermans to be delivered to recipient week before Christmas, They called to thank me and it was not what I ordered. I was not happy and contacted Wolfermans and received a full refund. I turned around and reordered something else and once again my recipient calls me and again it is not what I ordered. I never was notified by Wolferman that it was unavailable, they just send what they want to. I am very disappointed with the outcome and will never purchase from them again.

Inept customer service

I placed an order for an english muffin basket for my parents anniversary. It was to arrive on 1/13, and I paid 40.00 for expidited shipping.

Item never arrived and no tracking info was available online. I call Wolfermans and they cant explain what happened, said they are out of english muffins...So just offered me refund. Needless to say I was pissed, now my parents get no gift! So I accept the refund and hang up.

I immediately order them something else from another store and it gets

there by next day. This was on 1/14. Today, on 1/27, my parents call me to tell me they just received the english muffins!?!

I check my credit card statement and realize Wolferman's never refunded my $93.00 on 1/13. This company is inept and I will never order from them again.

I ordered a larger Christmas Brunch Basket with 6 choices of muffins. A week before Christmas, Im told they need to cancel the order but will replace it with another basketwith 2 packages of muffins and 2 small pastries. THAT was their equivalent: somehow 2 packages equates to the 6 I ordered all for the same price. THEN Im TOLD they cant cancel the order. It took me 4 *** hours to straighten this out and get them to cancel a replacement order that blatantly ripped me off!! Your muffins arent good enough to go through this!! Never, EVER again!

Not Fresh, Stale and had white mold spots on bagels

I ordered some bagels and English muffins on 12/16 with the promised my order will arrive 12/18 -12/20. Quickly I was updated bagels would be on 12 /20 and muffins on 12/22.

Bagels arrived eve of 12/20. I opened them on 12/21 and they were very hard and two of the packages had bagels with white mold spots. On 12/22 I expected the muffins 2-days late and I actually received them on 12/24. They seems ok but were nearly 4 days late and clearly while they didnt say this when I ordered they were out of stock and I waited for them to come in and ship.

This ordered was over $100 and I would not be inclined to ever order fresh baked goods from Woffermans. Too much time passes with their delivery times. Very disappointed in the freshness, value and shipping times and costs. FYI this company is not your small quality driven company.

Its part of Harry and David and has lost the careful attention to detail. So dissatisfied and dissatisfied.

Did not receive what I ordered

Ordered from Wolferman's with a 12/23 delivery date. Because I was personally delivering this gift, I had it shipped to me.

Because it was food, I had it delivered for 12/23. When I received it, it did not contain ONE item that I had ordered. They made a substitution without my permission. If I had it delivered directly to the eventual recipient, I would never have known that they made this totally unacceptable substitution.

Called Customer Service in the Phillipines which was a very time-consuming and frustrating experience. I was told what I originally ordered was sold out, but they could ship me someting else.

What good would that do me when I couldn't receive it in time for Christmas! If they had told me earlier, I could have canceled and gone with a different gift idea.

Your order must have been made by a different company. I received a Christmas gift from my sister-in-law The thick muffins tasted like dough, the scones were stale.

When I looked I see this place is doing business as Harry and David, and then I understood the poor quality. Last year a friend sent me a Christmas gift and when I received it my friend that sent it has passed away which was Jan 19,2023

Order is missing an item. I spent 10 plus minutes on hold. When I was able to speak to representative it sounded like the employees were having a party. Was told to call back tomorrow so a supervisor can help me.

Website offers range of holiday shipping rates, with most mid-week dates (as of Nov. 27, when I tried to place order) listed as "standard" ($8.99). HOWEVER, site always auto-populates a range which include expensive Saturday option ($24.99). Customer cannot override date range to include only the lower priced date(s). Called Customer Service and they cannot help.

Ruined my order by not following delivery instructions

Ordered for multiple receipients and as them to ship the week of Dec 11th. Instead they shipped on Nov 28th. Everyone received order by Dec 4th. All they could do was insist that I had asked for deliver by Dec11th so they sent early. THANKS BUT NO THANKS!!!

We received a box of Muffins, mini and regular which were fine . The scones were fine also, But the cinnamon roll was hard as a rock and tasteless, like a door stop. Very disappointed. Should never have been put in gift box

I loved the products, no complaints. I do have a problem with the catalog I just received. It had all the folks I sent packages to with their names and addresses. I do not appreciate this, anyone could get this catalog and their information would out there. Please remove this from any further catalogs.

I PLACED AN ORDER FOR FOOD TTO BE DELIVERED TO A COMPANY AND THE COST WAS $136 . THEY SHIPPED TWO AND CHARGED ME FOR BOTH WHICH I CAN NOT AFFORD. I ASKED FOR CREDIT ON ONE BUT NOT EVEN AN ATTEMPT TO WORK WITH ME. THEIR CSR IS HORRIBLE.

Emails literally every day. Who needs that many bakery products? Tried to unsubscribe TWICE. No effect. Tried to block. No effect. Tried sending to junk TWICE. I think I finally got the emails into junk with a workaround so will see if this stops the inundation of spam. Will NEVER order from this company again!
