Poor customer service
- - $80 refund not received.

My mom couldn't get her 80.00 refund after her package was lost and she asked them to cancel her order. Wolferman's actually wanted her checking account number to refund her account even though she used a credt card.
The company is very sketchy. She even asked to speak to a manager and was told they don't allow that.

Hire Americans to answer their phones if they are serving them
Horrid horrid customer service! Never call their 800 number; spend all the time giving your info and then have them fail to complete the transaction.
These cheap globalist inepts have Kika from the Philippines put you on hold for over 50 minutes and still not be able to solve the problem she caused.
While being put on ignore, you listen to some dip going on and on about how customer service is their top priority. Nothing is worth the aggravation of their horrid service.

Flat, flat, flat.
We realize inflation will affect the price, so adjust accordingly. Increase the price, but give us our thick muffins back.

I just spent over 30 minutes with a person who does not speak English well. She also does not know what she is doing.
Over the years, the products I have received have not been of good quality: usually burnt English muffins.
I finally hung up. Last time I will try to order from them again.

Terrible quality

I was extremely disappointed in Wolfermans English muffins. I used to order them and they were beautiful and about 2 1/2 to 3 inches thick and a real treat.
The packages I received this time or approximately 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch thick some of them look like they were squashed and looked actually worse than the quality you see in the grocery store. I havent bought them for quite a while and was still looking forward to their wonderful Big fluffy English muffins, but I will never buy anymore from them again if it wasnt so much trouble I would send them back absolutely terrible.

The "super thick" muffins are half the size they used to be, even though they are still being labeled and advertised as "super thick." I have used these muffins for over 7 years on my restaurant menu, and when I started using them, they were a solid product that stood out from other options, both in quality and size!
In the last 2-3 years they have made multiple downgrades in both quality and size. I am now at the point where I don't even want to use them and am scrambling to find an English muffin comparable to how the Wolfermans used to be when I started using them on my menu.
At first, I chocked the changes and inconsistency up to the pandemic and all the issues that came along with it. It's now obvious that they just don't care much about keeping the consistently good products they became known for. What was once a superior English muffin is no more.
Very unfortunate business decisions to change your product so drastically. I won't be using these any longer.
Misrepresentation of an item

I ordered Wolfermans gluten free brownies. When they were delivered they werent standard size brownies as the picture and information described.
They were small morsels that you would give to a toddler and they were mostly broken up. When contacting them they tried for over a half hour to barter with me on a credit. Started with only giving me shipping then 10 percent off.
Finally after a half hour of frustration they gave me 20 percent off. All they kept saying was sorry and I understand but would not give me a full credit or even half.

When my gift finally arrived, there were ants in the English muffins! What an embarrassment.
Called again & they just offered to send a replacement. Horrible! I used to like this company but obviously theyve gotten too big & dont care about customers.
And when you get to talk to a person, its someone in another country at one of those call centers. Never again.

Avoid these scammers/fraudsters. I placed an order and paid 8 days ago.
They sent me a tracking number with no tracking. FedEx says they have only a 'label,' no package. Wolferman's chatbots demanded 7 pieces of info to investigate, came back and said they couldn't find the order and that no package was created or sent and 'There is no tracking information available to us just yet. We humbly apologize, this is not the type of service we take pride in offering.
Thank you for allowing us to assist.' They never did anything.

- - Over 30 days, 12 emails and 10+ calls to resolve two orders.
- - Refunds went to their account after House Account change.
- - Visa wiped; cannot be changed back; BBB filed.
A few people have called from 1-800Flowers (Owner of Wolfermans) and Harry and Davids. All swear they are refunding, I wait, and nothing happens.
They even had a nerve to call one of my recipients to see if they actually received the item. Cannot believe they are calling my gift recipients.
So unprofessional!! Still waiting on shipping credits.
Worst Customer Service ever! Been trying to resolve a shipping charge issue on two orders for over 30 days - 12 emails, more than 10 calls.
Now they said someone at Wolferman's went in and changed my Paymt Method to "House Acct", so the refunds they keep saying that have processed, they processed to their own account. They wiped out my Visa and say they cannot change it back; therefore cannot refund me. What a scam! Finally filed with Better Business Bureau.
Beware. They will find a way to get more money from you and find a way not to refund.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. by phone and email and every time rthey said order would be sent they charged my card but it was NOT sent I called 4 times and about same emailed - I will never use them again or any one co listed along with them thru HarryandDavid umbrella .. -also it took a lot to get charges removed and itis not done yet , there is one mor charge that was not removed -- I will pay the one that is now on card that was correct

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I had four packages of thick English muffins delivered to friends for Christmas. I asked for their honest opinion and it was there was very little flavor to each one.
I tried one flavor and agreed with my friends.
It was disappointing since it was a gift. Maybe other customers have a different option of the flavor.
However I will say I received very good and professional service from your employees.
