Wolfermans - Not the same Wolferman’s

Well, is it because Harry & David now owns/controls Wolferman’s ? The overall product is satisfactory, and satisfactory isn’t something you are paying for. These should be one of the best English muffins around. But, they aren’t. Also, the barely English speaking “salespeople” are not easy to communicate with. I believe Wolferman’s is incapable of counting correctly: a dozen = 12. A baker’s dozen = 13. I received 10. The scones delivered in a perfectly undisturbed box were all broken. The box that looks like it was drop kicked onto my front step; all unbroken. 45 minutes of agonizing “customer support” and still shorted on my amount. Missed getting these as Christmas gifts. Had to buy something else to replace the missing and/or broken baked goods. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN ! Bye bye Wolferman’s

Wolfermans - Terrible Service

Order to arrive 12/21. No show. Called 12/22. Sorry they took the address down incorrectly. I told the order taker the name and address 4 times and spelled it three of them. Delivery will arrive 12/27. Couldn’t overnight because no one to fill order since it was a mix and match. I could bake my own muffins and cakes and drive them to Massachusetts from Indiana and cost me less. Never again. This company has gone downhill, quality and service.

Wolfermans - Stale tasting

English muffins are a joke for the cost. Cinnamon bun Christmas Tree was just a sticky mess to follow directions and the pastry is definitely stale! Last year’s inventory?? The two cakes were moist and delicious, but crumbled when slicing. I will tell my children not to bother ordering from them anymore! Waste of good money!

Wolfermans - Guaranteed Delivery is a Joke

When I placed my gift order I got an email confirming it would be delivered before Christmas. 5 days later I got another stating it was on it's way to be delivered...after Christmas. Now I have to figure something else out. I requested a refund, let's see how that goes. Customer "care" could care less. Never again.

Wolfermans - Overpriced ; didn't honor free shipping ; didn't resolve

basket looked great in catalog ! 'free shipping sounded good - though practically expected during holiday season , as all other similar companies are offering free shipping. basket arrived ; looks like miniature versions of picture in catalog , plus charged me almost 20$ in shipping. even English muffins would get lost in a toaster ! corresponded with company ; got excuses ; " you got a 10$ discount for blah-blah-blah so we can't give you free shipping , " they also got defensive about size of products. would have liked to have seen reimbursement of shipping costs ,at least. If they are proud of these products , and how they respond to criticism ; then I will certainly shop elsewhere , and advise all friends and family to do likewise

What happened every year I would order from them for my Christmas gifts and never had issues. This year has been horrible. First they double charge me on my credit card and had to wait a week for my refund of the unauthorized charge then I receive my English muffins...
