Your customer service is stressful. After waiting 32 minutes for a live person, the background was so noisy, I couldnt place my order.

I tried placing an order on Sunday, but I hung up after 25 minutes. I realize this is a busy time of year, but maybe you could have a service that you could call back a person to place an order.

Poor service

I was trying to reach a live person, today, Monday December 9th.After waiting 32 minutes on the phone, I got a live person. The background noise was so loud, that I couldnt put my order through.

I had to discontinue my order. I had called on Sunday and did place an order, but the woman had poor language skills, although she was very pleasant.

I only hope that my order isnt fouled up. I realize this is a busy time of the year, but I am disappointed with your customer service.

Product not delivered

Product was guaranteed delivery before Christmas - ordered in time to get there by Christmas but was not shipped until four days before so it did not make it. Should get a refund in two weeks but if not check back.

Lack of customer care is crap, no apology no nothing. Have sent various gift baskets to these friends for 11 years at Christmas - was so embarrassed when it did not show up.

Order canceled without notice

I ordered some Christmas goods for my family on the 15th of December. Christmas Eve they still hadnt received anything, so I spent 20 minutes on the phone to track the shipment, only to find out then it had been canceled a week before due to availability.

I was never emailed or contacted to let me know. Just left hanging.

Ive ordered from you for years and this year. I cant even put an order in.

Its not allowing it to go through.

Its saying that the addresses are undeliverable.

This is two weeks before Christmas and youre gonna lose so much money youre gonna go under

Isnt there someone who pays attention?

When I try to go to customer service, its someone I cant even understand

You used to be a fabulous company and Im very sorry for you and please let the main people know that the website is broken and not excepting orders. Sincerely Andrea Albershardt a long time customer who is not gonna be one this year because I cant even order.

Never received order

Ordered items for close friend who passed away. Order was to be shipped in time for relatives to enjoy the items instead items showed on tracking had never left called to complain operator said they would credit costs which never happened so a week later called again to cancel order have gotten in credit for order but have been totally embarresing to tell our god friends that our gift will not be coming. Thank you Wolfermans for your bad service in the future anyone who mentions your name I will tell them my story and hopefully they will choose someone else you have lost my business like the saying goes my money is good someone else

They lied with their Holiday Catalogue there is no Free Shipping!.

It was a disaster on dealing with an agent via chat or phone. One thing that they are good at is I am so sorry was said over and over.

They are in another world and do not understand English or decide not to.

We use to like Wolferman products but why would anybody want to deal with their virtual assistant or live customer service. This company will fall like all the rest because they choose to cut cost by their own non existent customer service

Dissatisfied again.

I tried wolfermans a few years ago and was not happy with the results of the shipment. You kept sending catalogues so I tried last year to send shipment to my niece.

And I tried again this year. I tried to check on my order and it was not easy. My phone call took an hour to talk to a person. To my surprise it had already shipped and I wanted to see if I had a better deal.

I had not gone to check out so how did my order ship without my okay.

I will never try to order from you again. I will not need a catalogue!!!

HORRIBLE customer service

On a recent order of $246, three major mistakes were made in the order! I complained about all the background noise, people laughing loudly.

When I called to get my order fixed, I waited over one hour on hold! Then, I was told that AFTER the orders were sent to the wrong address (your mistake), they would ship replacement gifts!

After I became very upset, I was told they would send the correct orders out now, but I have serious doubts that this will happen. This is a ridiculous way to run a company.

Burnt your money before you buy these products

I ordered via a deal from GMA.

The order arrived and they are all hard and dry, they are the same size as any others you can buy, they have to be toasted or they will literally break your teeth, they have zero flavor.

A total waste of money even with the deal, please don't waste your money

Order not received

I never got any confirmation emails on my order. The money was removed from my account.

When I checked online my order was there. It was not delivered. I called in and no one could find the order until I said I paid for it. It was set for another delivery date.

I still never received any confirmation of shipping receipt nothing.

I wont order again. I should not have to work this hard to place an order pay and get it delivered as scheduled.

User's recommendation: Go to a grocery store and send it yourself. Much cheaper too

The worst service ever

I have used Wolfermans for many years and have been extremely happy. This year I called no less than 8 times and could not get anyone that I could understand.

I give my customer number and they had no idea who I was, nor did they know my past purchases or addresses of my the people I have sent to. In years past they knew where to send and what I sent in the years prior and everyone spoke perfect English.

I don't speak broken English and can't understand it either. I don't know what country that they went to find these order takers but it's total zoo.

User's recommendation: Don't waste your time unless you speak their language and are a new customer. If your a past customer you'll be totally disappointed.

Company not transparent with ordering or refunding

Order placed and received was switched/substituted, without my consent instead of being told initial order could not be filled. Found out through a customer service rep, after receiving substituted order, that the items I initially ordered were not available when I placed order.

Realized then that company was not transparent. A request for a refund was presented which took over a month to finally get a credit on my account.

Needless to say no longer a customer after 5 years. I had overlooked throughout the years that on several occasions items were not available.

Dissappointing experience and Horrible customer service

I placed an order on 9/16 for delivery on 9/25. As of 10/4, the order was never received.

I called customer service twice and was told they couldn't find the order in their system. They asked me if I wanted to resend the order, which was a little confusing since they said they couldn't find the original order.

Preferred solution: Full refund

User's recommendation: Find another option. Do not use this company.
