Wolfermans - Guaranteed Delivery is a Joke

When I placed my gift order I got an email confirming it would be delivered before Christmas. 5 days later I got another stating it was on it's way to be delivered...after Christmas. Now I have to figure something else out. I requested a refund, let's see how that goes. Customer "care" could care less. Never again.

What happened every year I would order from them for my Christmas gifts and never had issues. This year has been horrible. First they double charge me on my credit card and had to wait a week for my refund of the unauthorized charge then I receive my English muffins...

Wolfermans - Changed my mind!

Wow! Just received my first catalogue from Wolfermans and was giving serious thought to placing a couple of orders ....their items looked wonderful BUT after seeing this website I changed my mind. The one thing that I noticed was that Wolfermans didn’t even respond to the various issues. Not a good recommend recommendation!

Agree, I looked at the date on the packaging the scones were over 6 months old based on the way i read packaging dates. Totally stale . Online goods like these ...

Wolfermans Customer Care Review

A "supervisor" from Wolfermans just called me to apologize for not delivering as promised by Christmas and said they could send an "apology letter" to the recipient. Is this a joke? I have never had such an absurd experience in my life.
